Is there a possibility that git and pootle are more-or-less

Interestingly, doing a web search for pootle git synchronisation
leads me to http://weblate.org/en/features/ :-)

Well, once we dont require to be self-hosted anymore,
https://translations.launchpad.net/ certainly would be an option too. However,
IMHO there are very good reasons to be self-hosted with
 translations.

From glancing at the webpage, Weblate is a software that we can host
ourselves.

[libreoffice-projects] Switch Windows to MinGW [was: Minutes of the ESC call 2012-08-30]

 * review: Windows release binaries produced using MinGW

Generally, as a developer, I'd love that, because more familiar tools,
etc.

With my Base developer hat on, I'd say we'd need to fix this MinGW MAB,
or check it doesn't affect master:

 https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43298

Best done by a Windows expert; I'll be available for help.

This one also looks nasty:

 * QA update (Rainer)
 + HardHacks:
32948 Linux Libreoffice/Database(?) - Address Book Data Source
Wizard fails with message No SDBC driver was found
 + 32948 Lionel?

Sent back to QA after more analysis.
