Mana mau keadaan dari yang disebut bangsanya yang malang diperhatikan untuk diperbaiki kehidupan apalagi orang Papua? Bagi mereka sesuai paham Arabisme yang penting kumpul duit, berbondong-bondong pergi cium batu item, minum air leding merk zam-zamn untuk bikin kaya orang Arab. Mereka tidak ambil dengan saudari-saudari yang bekerja sebagai prt dihina dengan nama panggilan “bagar”, diperlakukan sebagai budak, diperkosa etc. Mereka ini membisu, berlagak buta, tuli dan bisu terhadap perlakuan yang tidak adil nan bengis yang saudara-saudari alami di tanah Arab. With neither present in Papua, we can be sure that the natural riches of the region will never come to benefit local communities, but will rather bring about the so-called “resource curse” in the form of economic, cultural, social and political strife and ecological disaster. The massive destruction caused by Freeport-McMoRan, the American mining conglomerate, can now be witnessed by anyone with an Internet connection thanks to Google Earth. The continuous stream of stories of torture and murder that leak out of the region is proof that people are unhappy and that the national government is acting less than honorably there. What the central government claims about goings-on in Papua cannot be trusted because its claims can be disproved immediately. Since the act of free choice in 1969 (called “the act of no choice” by Papuans resisting Indonesia’s “occupation”), the western half of Guinea island has been covered by a “batik curtain.” Foreign independent journalists are banned from working there freely, as are international NGOs. However, with the advance of information technologies and the fact that more and more Papuans are receiving modern education, the contemptuous treatment of indigenous people at the hands of the nation’s police and military is becoming more and more difficult to conceal. Gleaning information on Papua from the Internet it becomes obvious that there are powerful forces at play in Papua that are bent on reaching the point of no return — where either all Papuans must be exterminated, or a second and more honest “act of free choice” is conducted, for the world to witness the true aspirations of the people of Papua in terms of their relationship with the Indonesian state. The powerful forces bent on forcing Papuans to separate from Indonesia are none other than the central government, especially its military and police force. Since the brutal murder of Papuan leader Theys Eluay a little over 10 years ago, the world has seen how Indonesia has yet to reform its approach to the issue of Papuan independence. As we near Dec. 1 — the date that Papuans consider to be their independence day — the world is fearfully expecting to witness more state violence against Papuans peacefully expressing their aspirations. Indeed, in the past few months we have witnessed attacks on journalists and peaceful protestors, including the still unclear circumstances surrounding the latest fatal shooting of eight gold prospecting civilians in the Paniai district. On the issue of the Freeport workers on strike demanding better pay, the world witnesses how the central government’s actions toward the Freeport strikers differs from the government of Peru’s reaction toward the same sort of strike at a Freeport mine there. While the government of Peru visibly takes the role of a mediator that holds the interests of its own people foremost, Indonesia appears to unashamedly play the role of Freeport’s guard dog, and without hesitating to release live ammunition on its own people. The recent armed police and military raids of Papuan students’ dormitories in Java and Bali are an indication of what is likely to come on Dec. 1. The recent Papuan voices that have leaked out thanks to the Internet indicate that there are plans for at least a “Morning Star” flag rising in Papua on that date. Although the government has cracked down hard on similar events in the past, it is unthinkable to imagine that the people of Papua have been cowed into submission by these repressions. Just as Indonesian youth defied the Dutch colonialists in the early 20th century and continued to raise the “Red and White,” so will the youths of Papua. After all, most Papuan youth leaders were educated in Indonesia, so they fully understand that perseverance pays and aspirations for independence cannot be stifled by force. Yhe more Indonesia uses force to keep its hold on Papua, the stronger its independence movement will become. Papuan activists can also see how Islamists in Indonesia can actively work to destroy the country not only with impunity, but also with the tacit support of the state and members of the government. The Islamist party, Hizbut Tahrir, for example, openly agitates for the fall of the republic to build a global Islamic caliphate in its place, but the authorities tend to aid and support it rather than take action to hinder its activities. Islamists in the country openly work for the resurrection of the age of the Islamic caliphs, or at least work toward their version of Shariah being enshrined as state law, but even though these activities are in blatant contempt of ou

It will, this week, publish a National Action Plan designed to make the issue a 'top priority' for every local authority. The news comes amid a devastating report into the failures of police and care agencies to protect teenage girls who have been groomed, raped and sold by male gangs, most of whom are Asian. The mother of one teenager from Leeds, who attempted suicide after a gang rape, said her daughter was the victim of a 'broken system.' 'Everyone failed her,' she told The Times. 'There was no sharing of information. 'They (police) had the names and knew where they (abusers) worked yet the men who did this have never once been arrested or spoken to by the police.' West Yorkshire Police vowed to look again at the case to see if 'there is evidence that can help bring evil men to book'. Children's charity Barnardos has been calling on the Government to take action on child exploitation since January with its Cut Them Free campaign. Other caregivers have also suggested that political sensitivities are to blame for a near paralysis of the systems designed to keep children safe. There is a culture 'which assumes that once a girl gets to 14 she's beyond hope of intervention - it's too late,' a source told The Times. Police and care agencies often say that they cannot take action against suspects without the victim's co-operation. However, a 2008 protocol established by the force and West Yorkshire's five local authorities states: 'Adults involved in child sexual exploitation... should be treated as child sex abusers and subjected to the full rigour of the criminal law.' Children's minister, Tim Loughton, suggested two weeks ago that the plan will call on councils to act with a 'much greater urgency' to identify victims of sexual exploitation while taking 'robust action against those who commit these appalling crimes.' As well as the gang rape case of the girl in Leeds, five new cases have been highlighted by The Times' investigation. No one has been prosecuted for sex exploitation in any of them. Only one of the girls in the six cases had been in care. One was groomed by white students, but in all the other cases, the perpetrators were Asian, mostly of Pakistani origin. This pattern of abuse at the hands of male Asian gangs in the West Yorkshire area has been highlighted before, but never formally acknowledged. In January the Asian ringleaders of a gang in Derby, who brought a ‘reign of terror’ to a city’s streets, targeting and grooming young girls for horrific sexual abuse, were jailed. Abid Saddique and Mohammed Liaqat were told they would serve a minimum of 11 years and eight years respectively before they could be considered for release. A DfE spokesman refused to reveal the contents of the National Action Plan but said: 'We are publishing an action plan this week and that will draw on work around the country to prevent sexual exploitation, identify those at risk and support victims. 'It will address the challenge of securing prosecutions and the need for robust action against perpetrators. Afterwards, “police arrested seven people, the seven men and women who are baptised by rev Khanna in the video. According to witnesses, police beat the seven in order to testify against the pastor.” The Jammu Christian Federation called on the government “to release the pastor since administering the baptism on consenting adults is his prerogative.” “The rights of Christians are being sacrificed on the altar of political expediency and convenience,” said Sajan K George, president of the Global Council of Indian Christians (GCIC). “Christians too are entitled to minority rights. Allowing a Sharia Court to enforce its laws on Christians represents an end to the rule of law and equality of Indian citizens.” Kashmir does not have any anti-conversion law. BY ROLAND ELLIOTT BROWN | NOVEMBER 18, 2011 TEHRAN – On June 26, Iranian state media reported that 20,000 former drug addicts had assembled at Tehran's Azadi Stadium to mark the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended, and used the podium to portray narcotics as an implement of Western predation. "Today," he said, Western countries "have begun harming nations, especially the Iranian nation, by drugs. Arrogant states masquerade themselves behind the so-called humanitarian masks and they want to stir a sense of inability in other nations. They put on masks of freedom-seeking, human rights, and protecting people but in fact they are the biggest criminals in the world." Tehran is one the higher capitals on the earth's surface, and not only in terms of altitude.The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) reports that Iran has 1.2 million "drug-dependent users," and that 2.26 percent of the population aged 15-64 is addicted to opiates. The organization's director, Yuri Fedotov, has praised Iran for having "the world's highest rate of seizures of opium and heroin," and for developing effective treatment and prevention programs. Human Rights Watch, by contrast, has criticized Fedotov for glossing over the country's inadequate legal proceedings and executions of drug offenders. Most alarmingly, people arrested during opposition demonstrations, such as the Dutch-Iranian Sahra Bahrami, have occasionally been hanged as "drug smugglers." Today's Islamic Republic offers premonitions of a narcodystopia. Take a car ride through Tehran at night, and your driver may tell you that the underage girls in chadors who offer esfand -- seeds that are burned to ward off the evil eye -- along the highways are really selling sex to enable addicted fathers. Ride the metro, and you will see battered children pitching trinkets and fortunes to sustain their parents' habits. Visit a poor southern suburb like Shahr-e Rey, and you might see a cigarette vendor in the bazaar with a sideline in used needles. Walk through Khaju Kermani Park on the capital's southeastern outskirts, and you might witness young girls smoking crystal meth in full view of park authorities, while in the background a tall, badly sunburned man with track marks on his arms staggers around in an ill-fitting, woman's blouse. Yet the Iranian drug scene is not an exclusive feature of the country's decadent capital, or solely of its abject underclass. Its roots run deep and wide: For example, when I was visiting the tomb of the 12th-century poet Saadi, a tourist attraction in the southern city of Shiraz, Azad, a local literary critic who was showing me around, gestured beyond the garden walls to the adjacent neighborhood, named Saadieh after the poet. This he identified as a hub for the region's thieves, traffickers, and drug addicts. "Would you like to visit? It's very easy to visit, but you might not come back alive," he joked. http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2011\11\22\story_22-11-2011_pg3_4 Tuesday, November 22, 2011 COMMENT: Religion and the spirit of the age —Hisham Mazhar Qureshi When people abandon their faith to a mere practice of rituals assigned by clerics, and accept religion as a means of social acceptance rather than for personal reform, the whole concept of moral right and wrong becomes distorted A few years after the appearance of the Essays of Montaigne, there was published in France a work, which though few are aware of now, that possessed, in the 17th century, a reputation of the highest order. This was the celebrated Treatise on Wisdom, by Charron, in which we find (for the first time) an attempt to construct a system of morals without the aid of theology. In that era of renaissance, myriads of stars appeared on the horizon to enlighten the darkness of ignorance, to inspire the age of reason and to create the awareness of intellectual thinking. They deconstructed myth bound societies living in the haze of clergy based dogmas, superstitious values, norms and traditions. Later, in the 19th century, Henry Thomas Buckle, a famous English historian, extended the same critical thinking to his masterpiece History of Civilisation in England, Volume II. He stated: “Charron reminds his countrymen that their religion is the accidental result of their birth and education, and that if they had been born in a Mohammadan country, they would have been as firm believers in Mohammadanism as they were in Christianity. If we look a little deeper we will see that each of the great religions is built upon that which preceded it. The religion of the Jews is founded upon that of the Egyptians; Christianity is the result of Judaism, and from these two last, there has naturally sprung Mohammadanism.” Hence he opposed proselytism and took up philosophic ground by saying that religious opinions, being governed by undeviating laws, owe their variations to variations in their antecedents, and are always, if left to themselves, suited to the existing state of things. Religion is known as a code of life. It guides people in shaping their ethereal and temporal lives and prepares them for the reward hereinafter of their deeds in this world. The good one does here, the better the reward afterwards. People tend to follow religious rites and practices with the hope of reward in the next world and to be known as ‘pious’ in society. But when religion is blended with politics it becomes the most powerful exploitative force. The citizens of Pakistan are still paying the price of General Zia’s religio-political policies in terms of sectarian violence, religious extremism, a drugs and weapons culture and turf wars in the country. In India, the Gujarat carnage was the comeuppance of a religious zealot’s mentality. The burqa ban, minaret controversy and caricatures of the Prophet (PBUH) in Europe show the same mindset of hate mongering through religious politics. The war on terror has provided an opportunity to xenophobes to give vent to their religious fury against Muslim immigrants. If we cast a cursory glance over the world’s religions we find that many people generally practice religion either to obtain a spiritual thrust (mostly unsuccessful) or just to keep their ancestral tradition alive without having to implement it in their lives. Most of the time, religious seminars and gatherings are little better than socialising parties where a religious figure harangues a discourse on the significance of adhering to religious tenets and covenants. However, people can easily discern the nuance in the precept and practices of such figures. None of them possesses a vision to improve the lives of the general public. They inspire a blind and ignorant form of practicing the faith. A French scientist, Blaise Pascal, once said, “Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from a religious conviction.” The governor of Punjab was assassinated amidst a blasphemy row. The assassin was motivated by an inflammatory sermon delivered by a religious cleric during Friday prayers. In the US, the Quran burning campaign led by a pastor ignited anger and resentment in the entire Muslim world. The Prophet’s (PBUH) caricatures appeared in the European press and ignited a new fire. Officials added fuel to the fire by defending this hateful act. They termed such acts as ‘freedom of speech’ but one wonders where their freedom of speech vanishes when it comes to discussing the Holocaust in a scientific manner. A few months back all hell broke loose in Norway when 77 people were gunned down by a man who killed them to send a message to European governments to stop immigration, particularly of Muslims. In the nine months since, the ruling generals all appointees of Mubarak and diehards of his rule have kept an iron grip on a process that revolutionaries had hoped would mean the dismantling of the old regime in a transition to democracy. The military has solidified its hold, giving itself overwhelming powers while governance of the country has faltered, leaving Egyptians worried about turmoil in the streets and a faltering economy. The demonstrators were initially demanding the military to quickly announce a date for the handover of power to a civilian government, but the mood shifted on Sunday after an attempt by security forces to clear the square. Now, protesters say the ruling generals are nothing more than an extension of the Mubarak regime, and are calling on military ruler Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi and his council of generals to step down in favor of an interim civilian administration. Elections to choose the first post-revolution parliament, starting on November 28, promise to be the nation’s first fair and clean vote in living memory. But instead of a sense of joy and excitement, Egyptians seem more thrown into confusion. The electoral system is cumbersome and complex and voting is spread out over months. Many are unclear over who is running. Islamic fundamentalist parties particularly the powerful Muslim Brotherhood are expected to come out the biggest winners in the vote and grab a plurality of parliament seats. But no matter who wins, there are doubts whether the next government to be formed will be strong enough to challenge the ruling generals, who will remain in place and have resisted major reform. Already, the military is seeking to manage the main priority for the next parliament, the formation of a panel to write a new constitution. The ruling Supreme Council of the Armed Forces has demanded a political role for themselves as ”protectors” of the constitution, provisions that would keep the military budget secret and a veto power over the body drafting the constitution. When a president is elected, a vote is initially set for late next year or early in 2013 the occupant of the land’s highest office is likely to be beholden to the generals, either because he will have a military background or because they may by then have more sweeping powers than him. ”If I had left Egypt on the eve of the revolution on January 24 and returned today, I would not have known that a revolution had taken place except for the lack of security and the deteriorating economy,” Nobel Peace laureate Mohamed ElBaradei, a prominent reform proponent, said during a TV talk show appearance last week. It’s a stark contrast to the atmosphere in Tunisia, where the Arab Spring began with protests that led to the January 14 fall of its longtime strongman Zine El Abidine Ben Ali. Elections there in October saw an outpouring of enthusiasm and optimism as voters flocked to the polls. Islamists emerged the strongest party from Tunisia’s elections, but even liberals who worry about increasing religious sway saw the vote as a democratic victory. Significantly, Tunisia’s military played almost no role in the transition, fading into the background as a civilian interim government managed the country post-Ben Ali. Political parties and reform-minded figures had a voice in the system through the 150-member High Committee to Realize the Goals of the Revolution, which acted as a quasi-legislative body. The man proudly lived and died as both, and much more, as Pakistan disowned him, in life and in death. The government denied him the honour of a state funeral; the media remained absent from the burial ceremony at Rabwah, which has since been renamed not after Abdus Salam but as Chenab Nagar, just to spite its Ahmadi residents. The restyled epitaph at his grave near his native Jhang awkwardly reads: “First —— Nobel Laureate”, from which the word “Muslim” has been deleted under court orders; the court, even in its narrow mindedness could have ordered the replacement of “Muslim” with “Pakistani” but that was not to be. This son of Jhang is less known in his own country today than the terrorist Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, even though he had founded and led an abler lashkar (brigade) of some 500 Pakistani physicists and mathematicians over the years whom he arranged to send to UK and US universities on scholarship for higher studies. He was the guiding spirit and founder of Pakistan’s nuclear programme as well as Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission and Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (Suparco). The pygmies who after him headed the two institutes he was allowed to set up in Pakistan in his pre-non-Muslim years have since been credited with laurels, and honoured more, even in their dishonourable conduct, as father of this and that, while the Godfather remains conspicuous by his absence in official records. Dr Salam became the victim of rigid social attitudes and state discrimination against his community when Z.A. Bhutto through an act of parliament declared the Ahmadis non-Muslim in 1974. Heartbroken at the humiliation, he left Pakistan in protest to live in Europe where in 1979 he was awarded the Nobel for his groundbreaking research in theoretical physics; soon roads were named after him in Geneva and Trieste, if not in Islamabad or Jhang. The same year, as it happened, Bhutto was hanged by Gen Zia’s kangaroo court, but the Ahmadis’ predicament was Bhutto’s only legacy that Zia embraced wholeheartedly and built on even further. Despite being given the roughshod, Dr Salam from his institute in Italy, continued to patronise bright Pakistani scientists and students through a scholarship programme. His alma mater Government College, Lahore, which has named its mathematics and physics departments after Dr Salam, and Pakistan Post, which issued a two-rupee stamp to honour him, remain the only state institutions to have acknowledged him. The nascent rock band aptly named as Beghairat Brigade, of Aalu Anday fame, has hit the nail on the spot with their lyrics of the popular song which rightly laments: aithe Abdus Salm noon puchhdai koi nai (nobody values Abdus Salam here) as they point out that murderers Qadri and Qasab have become our heroes. His birth anniversary, January 29, remains a long shot from being celebrated as Dr Abdus Salam Day, even though we invent anomalies like the Yaum-i-Takbir (atomic detonation day) and Sindhi Culture Day, amongst the myriad others, that are officially marked on our calendar. Peme rintah pun ngotot melakukan negosiasi ulang. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 Tahun 2000 tentang tarif atas jenis penerimaan negara bukan pajak, royalti emas adalah 3,75 persen, tembaga 4 persen, dan perak 3,25 persen. Mantan Direktur Jenderal Mineral dan Batu Bara Simon F. Sembiring mengatakan royalti yang disetor Freeport jauh lebih kecil dibanding yang berlaku di nega ra lain. The country's speed camera system, installed a year and a half ago, is called "Saher." It has sparked the ire of many drivers, who have been forced to slow down to under 80 km in urban centres and 140 km on highways, or face hefty fines. Some have taken their rage out on the cameras themselves, but more recently, infuriated drivers have started assaulting the employees of private companies who operate the camera system. A video has surfaced of the most serious assault yet. According to the Saudi press, two weeks ago a man used a rifle to shoot a speed camera monitoring car, which burst into flames. The driver died. Many Saher operators say they have been victims of physical attacks on the job, including stabbings. And they're at the end of their tether. On Wednesday, a dozen of these employees went to their bosses to denounce their working conditions, asking for better protection, social security benefits, and increased pay. Koran Tempo 22 November 2011 Undang-undang Mengancam Pers Sabam Leo Batubara MANTAN WAKIL KETUA DEWAN PERS Media massa, khususnya yang memiliki agenda melakukan fungsi kontrol sosial dan menyelenggarakan jurnalistik investigasi, harus ekstrahati-hati terhadap undang-undang itu karena beberapa pasalnya mengancam kebebasan pers. Amendemen pertama konstitusi pasal 20 ayat 4 menyebutkan,“Presiden mengesahkan rancangan undangundang yang telah disetujui bersama menjadi undang-undang.”Berdasarkan peraturan tersebut, Undang-Undang Intelijen yang disahkan oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat pada 11 Oktober 2011 telah ditandatangani presiden, dan karena itu sudah efektif berlaku. Media massa, khususnya yang memiliki agenda melakukan fungsi kontrol sosial dan menyelenggarakan jurnalistik investigasi, harus ekstrahati-hati terhadap undang-undang itu karena beberapa pasalnya mengancam kebebasan pers. UU Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers dinilai melindungi kebebasan pers karena meniadakan campur tangan pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan pers, pers dibebaskan dari izin penerbitan pers, pers melaksanakan fungsi kontrol sosial tanpa takut disensor dan dibredel, serta pers tidak dikriminalkan dalam pekerjaan jurnalistik. Meskipun berbagai pasal Kitab UndangUndang Hukum Pidana masih dapat digunakan untuk mengancam kebebasan pers, selama 13 tahun masa reformasi ini, penegak hukum masih mendengarkan pertimbangan yang disuarakan oleh kalangan pers dan Dewan Pers seperti dalam perkara berikut ini. Majalah Panji Masyarakat (17 Februari 1999) memberitakan rekaman percakapan telepon antara Presiden Habibie dan Jaksa Agung Andi M. Ghalib. Isi percakapan itu memberi kesan pemeriksaan mantan presiden Soeharto oleh Kejaksaan Agung tak lebih dari sandiwara politik belaka. Akibat pemberitaan itu, Wakil Pemimpin Redaksi Panji Uni Lubis dan dua rekannya diperiksa di Markas Besar Kepolisian RI. Menurut Kepala Polri Jenderal Roesmanhadi, penyebaran isi kaset rekaman itu menyangkut pembocoran rahasia negara, yang tak bisa dibenarkan. Sementara itu, kalangan aktivis kebebasan pers menyuarakan bahwa yang salah adalah sekitar Presiden atau Jaksa Agung yang membocorkan isi percakapan itu. Kaset rekaman itu telah beredar dan isinya sudah menjadi pengetahuan publik. Panji tidak salah. Enam bulan kemudian—bersamaan dengan pembahasan RUU Pers—Direktur Berita SCTV Riza Primadi dan Azkarmin Zaini dari ANTV bersama kamerawan mereka diperiksa oleh Mabes Polri karena kedua stasiun televisi itu menayangkan hasil wawancaranya dengan pemimpin militer Gerakan Aceh Merdeka. Para aktivis kebebasan pers memprotes pemeriksaan polisi itu karena bertentangan dengan konsep kebebasan pers. Kontroversi antara aparat pemerintah dan media berlanjut menyangkut pemberitaan keamanan nasional. Trans TV menayangkan pengibaran bendera Bintang Kejora di halaman kantor Kelurahan Yobansai, Jayapura. Kepala Kepolisian Resor Kota Jayapura Ajun Komisaris Besar Roberth Djoenso, dalam suratnya kepada Dewan Pers (31 Mei 2008), mengatakan pengibaran bendera itu adalah kejahatan terhadap keamanan nasional. Wartawan peliput diduga mengetahui tentang kejahatan tersebut, karena itu dapat diduga turut berbuat kejahatan berdasarkan Pasal 164 KUHP. Tahun berikutnya (20 Agustus 2009), Metro TV menayangkan upacara pengibaran bendera Bintang Kejora oleh Tentara Nasional Papua Organisasi Papua Merdeka di Paniai. Berdasarkan pengaduan Sekretaris Menteri Koordinator Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan serta Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika kepada Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia, penayangan program itu dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif dalam kerangka persatuan dan kesatuan nasional serta dapat mendorong Indonesia ke jurang disintegrasi. Selain itu, sangat merugikan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kepolisian batal mengkriminalkan majalah Panji, SCTV, dan ANTV karena mendengarkan pertimbangan kalangan pers. Wartawan Trans TV dan Metro TV juga tidak jadi dikriminalkan karena kepolisian; Menteri Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan; serta Menteri Komunikasi masih mendengarkan argumentasi Dewan Pers bahwa, berdasarkan UU Pers, pertama, adalah hak pers nasional untuk mencari, memperoleh, dan menyebarluaskan informasi. Kedua, pers diberi peran untuk memperjuangkan keadilan dan kebenaran. Ketiga, pers nasional melaksanakan peranan buat memenuhi hak masyarakat untuk mengetahui. Ancaman potensial Ke depan--dengan berlakunya UU Intelijen itu--jika pers melakukan kegiatan jurnalistik seperti yang pernah dilakukan Panji, SCTV, ANTV, Trans TV, dan Metro TV, wartawan media tersebut terancam dapat disadap, dipenjarakan 7-10 tahun, dan langsung dijebloskan ke tahanan. Berdasarkan UU Intelijen, pasal-pasal yang mengancam kebebasan pers antara lain, pertama, definisi rahasia intelijen berpotensi pasal karet sehingga pengertiannya tergantung klaim lembaga intelijen. Kalo dibilang sebelum thn 90an di Indonesia keompok antar agama itu hidup harmonis jg kagak tuh. Selalu ada aja gereja yg diserang oleh orang Islam dgn berbagai alasan.
