Sikap sombong dan eksklusivitas muslimin di Amerika ini semakin dibenci. Sebagai negara yang pluralistik, kebebasan beragama dilindungi pemerintah namun ada peraturan dalam kegiatan beragama dilarang mengganggu ketenangan publik seperti memasang iklan2 agamanya secara provokatif sehingga umat lain merasa terganggu. Demikianlah, agama2 seperti Kristen Baptist, Jehova, Evangelist dan Mormon sekarang ini meskipun tidak pernah terlihat berdakwah namun secara sembunyi2 mereka tetap melakukannya dimana sebelumnya juga mereka berjihad terang2an mempromosikan agamanya sehingga hampir2 terjadi bentrokan fisik antar agama2 yang bersaing itu sehingga seluruh badan kepolisian direpotkan turun kelapangan untuk menengahinya. Setelah pasca 911, kaum muslimin makin provokatif mendakwahkan agama mereka, meskipun sudah dilarang tetap mereka melakukannya dengan terang2an menantang badan keamanan dan penolakan masyarakat banyak. Dibawah ini salah satu bentuk eksklusivitas murid2 dan orang-tua muslimin yang berdemo memaksakan agar Idul Adha diakui sebagai hari libur resmi. Tidak bisa kita muslimin menganggap bahwa kalo hari Natal dianggap liburan resmi, maka Idul-Adha dan Idul-Fitri juga harus diaku sebagai hari liburan resmi. Padahal hari libur Natal itu bukanlah terkait keagamaan tapi melainkan sebagai tradisi budaya yang dikaitkan oleh oleh masing2 agamanya seperti Nasrani dan Yahudi. Bahkan secara resminya sudah diajarkan disemua sekolah2, bahwa hari Natal bukanlah hari kelahiran Yesus, tapi karena umat Kristen menjadikan hari Natal ini sebagai hari kelahiran Kristus maka hal itu tidak bisa mengharuskan atau memaksakan yang lainnya dilarang merayakannya selain menyangkut agama yang mempercayainya itu sendiri. Jadi pernah ada penolakan umat Kristen terhadap perayaan Natal ini yang diikuti dengan Santa-Clause, karena Santa-Clause bukanlah figur yang dipercaya dalam agama Kristen. Tapi penolakan umat Kristen itu tidak digubris karena memang hari Natal itu bermula dari Santa-Clause secara tradisi budaya Amerika, sedangkan kemudian dikaitkan dengan kelahiran Yesus dan kesemuanya ini hanyalah sebatas tradisi saja yang tidak ada kaitannya dengan menjadikan hari Natal sebagai hari libur resmi di Amerika. Hari Natal dijadikan hari libur resmi karena memang merupakan bulan penutup tahun yang terkait dengan pelaporan pajak seluruh rakyat di Amerika ini seminggu menjelang tahun baru dimulai. Jadi tidak bisa muslimin mencemburui liburan hari Natal sebagai liburan resmi karena hari Natal bukan cuma terkait dengan agama Kristen saja, tapi juga beberapa agama seperti Jews dan juga terkait utamanya dengan penutup tahun laporan pajak. Bahkan tahun kabisat yang kita gunakan sekarang pun bukanlah tanggalan yang berasal dari Yesus atau agama Nasrani tapi diciptakan oleh para pejabat Romawi yang percaya kepada dewa dewi yang sama sekali tidak terkait agama apapun yang sekarang ini. Tapi ternyata tanggalan yang bukan Nasrani ini malah kita sebut sebagai tanggalan Masehi se-olah2 memang tanggalan yang dibuat oleh umat Kristiani atau terkait dengan Yesus. Jadi menamakan tanggalan sekarang ini sebagai tanggalan Masehi hanyalah soal nama yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dukungan masyarakat yang mayoritas masih percaya tentang Masehi atau Yesus, padahal tidak ada kaitannya sama sekali. Jadi kalo kaum muslimin mau menjadikan Idul-Adha dan Idul-Fitri sebagai hari libur resmi, gampang saja yaitu dengan menjadikan tanggal 25 December sebagai hari raya Idul-Adha dan Idul-Fitri sehingga tanggal 25 December ini juga menjadi tanggalan keagamaan bagi Islam dan kaum muslimin seperti halnya umat Kristen yang menjadikan tanggalan ini menjadi hari kelahiran Yesus Kristus. Liburan keagamaan untuk sekolah2 publik tidak ada larangan diseluruh Amerika, sehingga kalo kaum muslimin mau liburan dihari besarnya sama sekali tidak dilarang bahkan diizinkan resmi oleh masing2 sekolahnya, jadi enggak perlu demo2 dan mengancam memboikotnya karena tindakan itu selain tidak ada gunanya juga sifatnya provokatif dan mau memaksakan mereka yang bukan muslim pun diharuskan libur juga, cara2 begitu jelas melanggar UU kebebasan beragama. Of course, the urine of an animal whose meat is haraam, should be avoided as per obligatory precaution, even if its blood does not gush forth when killed. 86. The urine and droppings of those birds which are haraam to eat, is Pak, but it is better to avoid them. 87. * The urine and excretion of an animal who subsists on najasat, and of a goat who was nursed by a pig, and of a quadruped who has been defiled by a human being, are najis. Semen 88. The semen of human beings, and of every animal whose blood gushes when its large vein (jugular) is cut, is najis. Dead Body 89. The dead body of a human being is najis. Similarly the dead body of any animal whose blood gushes forth with force is najis, irrespective of whether it dies a natural death, or is killed in a manner other than that prescribed by Islam. As the blood o f a fish does not gush forth, its dead body is Pak, even if it dies in water. 90. Those parts of a dead body which do not contain life like, wool, hair, teeth, nails, bones and horns are Pak. 91. If flesh, or any other part which contains life, is cut off from the body of a living human being, or a living animal whose blood gushes forth, it will be najis. 92. Small pieces of skin which peel off from the lips, or other parts of the body, are Pak. 93. * An egg from the body of a dead hen, is Pak, but its exterior must be washed. 94. If a lamb or a kid dies before it is able to graze, the rennet (cheese) found in its stomach is Pak, but its exterior should be washed with water. 95. The liquid medicines, perfumes, ghee, soap and wax polish which are imported, are Pak, if one is not sure of their being najis. 96. Fat, meat or hide of an animal, about which there is a probability that it may have been slaughtered according to the Islamic law, are Pak. However, if these things are obtained from a non-Muslim, or from a Muslim who himself obtained them from a non -Muslim, without investigating whether the animal was slaughtered according to Islamic law, it is haraam to eat that meat and fat, but namaz in that hide will be permissible. But, if these things are obtained from Muslim Bazaar, or a Muslim, and it is not known that he got them from a non-Muslim, or if it is known that he got from a non-Muslim but there is a great probability that he has investigated about it being slaughtered according to Shariah, then eating such meat and fat is permissible. Blood 97. The blood of a human being, and of every animal whose blood gushes forth when its large vein is cut, is najis. The blood of an animal like a fish, or an insect like mosquito, is Pak because it does not gush forth.. 98. * If an animal whose meat is halal to eat, is slaughtered in accordance with the method prescribed by Shariah, and enough blood flows out, the blood of which is still left in its body is Pak. However, the blood which goes back into the body of the a nimal due to breath, or because of its head having been at a higher level at the time of its slaughtering, is najis. 99. As a recommended precaution, one should refrain from eating an egg which has even the smallest amount of blood in it. However, if the blood is in the yolk (yellow potion) the albumen (white portion) will be Pak, as long as the skin over the yolk is not torn. 100. The blood which is sometimes seen while milking an animal, is najis, and makes the milk najis. 101. If the blood which comes from inside the teeth, vanishes as it gets mixed with the saliva, the saliva is Pak. 102. * If the blood which dries under the nail or skin, on account of being hurt, can no longer be called blood, it is Pak. But if it is blood and is seen as such, then it is najis. And if a hole appears in the nail or the skin, and if it is

Militants placed explosives at the shrine of Sheikh Eissa Abdelqader al-Rifaiy in the rebel-held town of Busaira, 45 km (30 miles) east of the provincial capital of Deir al-Zor, and detonated them on Sunday morning, they said. The activists contacted by Reuters said they suspected al Qaeda-linked fighters of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) were behind the explosion. The Islamic State has a base outside the town. The ease by which they got to the shrine indicates that their presence is growing, activist Abu al-Tayyeb al-Deiri said from Deir al-Zor. Video footage and a photo released by the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group showed the shrine reduced to a field of shattered rock and twisted metal with trees and a small domed building in the background. Several graves and other sites belonging to the Sufi sect, a mystical school of Islam opposed by puritanical Salafists from which al Qaeda draws its ranks, have been burnt or destroyed in the province in the past few months, opposition sources said. The Observatory, which has a network of sources across Syria, said another shrine had been blown up in the same area last month. Tension has been rising in Deir al-Zor between ISIL, composed largely of foreign fighters, and other rebel brigades drawn from eastern tribes, who turned against President Bashar al-Assad after a crackdown on protests in the revolt's early months. The 2-1/2-year conflict has become increasingly sectarian as rebels overwhelmingly from Syria's Sunni Muslim majority fight to oust Assad, a member of the Shi'ite-derived Alawite sect. Resentment of Alawite dominance of Syria's political and security establishment under 40 years of Assad family rule was a major factor in the start of the rebellion. Regional Shi'ite power Iran has backed Assad in the conflict while Saudi Arabia and other majority Sunni Gulf states have supported the rebels. Shi'ite fighters from Lebanon and Iraq have entered the conflict on Assad's side while foreign Sunnis have come to fight for the rebels. Syrian television reported advances on both fronts. At Ma'adamia al-Sham, the civilians were evacuated with the aid of the Red Crescent. On the eastern front, several villages were reportedly captured.

Ghamdi was convicted of “raping and killing his five-year-old daughter Lama,” he added. The girl was admitted to hospital on December 25, 2011 with multiple injuries, including a crushed skull, broken ribs and left arm, extensive bruising and burns, activists said. She died several months later. Ghamdi, a regular guest on Muslim television networks despite not being an authorised cleric in Saudi Arabia, had confessed to having used cables and a cane to inflict the injuries, human rights activists said earlier this year. Randa al-Kaleeb, a social worker from the hospital where Lama was admitted, said the girl’s back was broken and that she had been raped “everywhere”. Reportedly, Ghamdi had doubted his daughter’s virginity. Rights activists in the kingdom had been campaigning for harsher punishment of Ghamdi when reports emerged in January that the court would only give him a short jail term and order him to pay blood money to the mother. In ultra-conservative Saudi Arabia, where rape and murder are among several crimes punishable by death, a father cannot be executed for murdering his children, nor can husbands be executed for murdering their wives. Such crimes carry a jail sentence between five to 12 years.
