Thanks All. It's good to hear both of them are accessible.

The plug ins in Pro Tools are accessible with UA but not much else is. UA’s
tech support is good about removing in and authorizing and setting up trials
for you if you don’t have eyes around. With something like move mouse or
better yet keyboard metro you could probably get some scripts going for the
console and etc though. Think someone did a set but i haven’t gotten a chance
to play with that myself yet.

Personally, I'm a much bigger fan of the UAD plug-ins! Sound wise I think they
sound better. From an excess ability standpoint, the layout of the U a D plugs
trumps many plugs that I've ever worked with.

The waves stuff shows up in the Pro tools plug-in windows and you can change
the parameters. The preset lists on the other hand will have to be downloaded
from somebody around here or put together with sighted help. The waves presets
are in the waves gie and need to be saved into the pro tools preset list in
order to be able to scroll through them.

Subject: Waves and UAD Plugins

Hi All,

I know few people here are using Waves and UAD, and they also created
presets for them. Having said that, how accessible are they with Voiceover?
Do parameters show up on the plugin window, or do you need to use
control surface and memorize knobs order for each plugin?
Thinking about getting UAD analog classics Plus or Waves ssl.
Any other suggestion?
Thanks,

JL
