RE: Adjusting gain of selected clip
Hi John André Many thanks, that's really helpful. A couple of notes in case it helps anyone. To get that to work, on this system at least, you need to disable the Mission Control Shortcut keystrokes, even though it looked as though they were set to shift up and down arrows. While exploring, I found that you can also change the gain of the selection with the mouse-wheel while holding down control and shift. That might just prove useful. Anyway many thanks again. The amount of each adjustment is set in the preferences. Remember, you don’t have to separate the clip first, just make a selection in the edit window and make your adjustments. Re: Autolaunch Avid app manager
Hi Martin, Understood. Two things you might want to consider: If you update the elements the Applications Manager is alerting you about, the notifications will cease and, alternatively or even in addition, you can stop the notifications from coming up from the OS. That said, following the steps to removing those two startup items will yield the same results in a simpler fashion :) Slau On Apr 22, 2016, at 3:22 AM, Martin (Punky) Sopartwrote: > Yes Slau, there is much more accessibility but when booting the system it > takes to long until the Avid app manager becomes quiet. > > Thanks for your help! / Martin >> -Original Message- >> From: ptaccess@googlegroups.com [mailto:ptaccess@googlegroups.com] >> On Behalf Of Slau Halatyn >> Sent: Thursday, April 21, 2016 10:11 PM >> To: ptaccess@googlegroups.com >> Subject: Re: Autolaunch Avid app manager >> >> Had a little trouble finding this as it was under a different thread name but >> here's what I said back then. RE: Autolaunch Avid app manager
Yes Slau, there is much more accessibility but when booting the system it takes to long until the Avid app manager becomes quiet.
