Hi,

Since yesterday, I’m not able anymore to drag tracks in the track list. How
wide should it be?

Thanks

Re: Pro tools first, is it accessible?

2017-09-05 Thread John Covici
I found protools first not very accessible -- you could not change the
preferences and there were many missing options and it would not let
me use protools 12, but protools 11 instead. Also, it seemed to put
all your audio online and there was a limit of 1gb.

Protools is most certainly accessible. You are in the right place!!! Garage
band is cool, but using protools and flo tools, which is a set of macros
created to make the work flow a lot easier. I learned the basics in protools
by a group of instructors who are also visually impared. It is an 8 week class
for blimd individuals that will teach you the basic fundamentals. Let me know
if you want more imfo. I can get you commected with the right people .

Ramy,
May I ask an important question?
What do you feel you must do in pro tools, that you cannot presently do in
Sonar?
Why is this technology change critical for you?
Because, there in will lie all the incentive you require to get moving, if
it exists.
Does this make sense?

 Hello all:

Sorry if I am repost my last email, but, I tried to set with one of my
sited friends here, to put my hands on protools, but he fail making me
do so, because he is usng mouse in most of the time.
so, Again, I repeat my request, I need someone, to give me just
starting push, moving between regents using tab, editing noise in
 track etc,
the difference between Sonar and pro tools makes me feel that am a
stranger when using it. so, can anyone give me 1 or 2 hours from his
or her time, specially if he was using sonar before?

Frankly I can pay but not so much because $ here is so expensive in
Egypt. so all I can pay is just 20$ or less if requested.

 Thanks for your support
