Exactly, and a Google search turned up the stand-alone first. I have the Audio Suite version first. Now the challenge is that I can't find the user manual (even though there is a video) and the tutorial session file is in Sound Designer format rather than WAV or even AIF. the sequence of Inserted FX

Yeah, each format is it s own installer as I was reminded just now when I realized that the Standalone version wasn’t in my application folder and I went to check on my installers. How to start learning ProTools
Dear List I can not find the ProTools with speech? I will start learning ProTools from start One of my seeing friends learn me to use my surfase board a Behringer X-Touch Now I Think the time is to learn Protools from scratch can anyone recommend some stuff I can read or hear about learning Protools Is the user guide the right way to start? I just got an NFR license for VocAlign Pro and will create a couple macros for Edit and Capture. You might be able to adapt those for other DAWs. I'll keep you posted.
