FloTools inspecter problem

2018-07-12 Thread Niklas Karlsson
Hi all,

I’ve recently started using FloTools and I’m having a little problem with the
inspecter, it doesn’t activate when I press the numeric / key.
All other commands in PT that requires the numeric keypad works fine, as well
as the other FloTools commands.

I thought it might have something to do with my keyboard.
I’m running the swedish version of Mac OS, but to be safe I changed the
keyboard layout to USA in System Preferences, but it still doesn’t work.

Any ideas? 😊

Best,
Niklas

To activate the inspector you need to use the regular / key, which is to the
left of the right shift key on American keyboards.

No problem. In any case you may want to keep your keyboard on the English US
layout when using Flo Tools as you have been doing. It will save you some
headaches.

Re: Flo Mouse and Flo Tools, Changed from VOCR Update

2018-07-12 Thread Steve Matzura
Ya know, I read that message after I sent it, and if I could've pulled
it back out of the ether, I would have. Sorry for the confusion on my
part. I really don't know how or why I wrote that and let it out! I
musta been smokin' some serious trash! :-)

Hi Steve,

Flo Mouse and VOCR are not related, but the answer to your question is yes.

I remember the last thing I read about FlowTools was that FlowMouse

Hi All,

There's a small minor update to VOCR.

When you're done exploring the OCR result, pressing escape will disable
next/previous line/words to  free up those 4 shortcuts.

You can just run install vocr macros app to get this feature, but you
might also want to run install command script and update Tesseract if
you haven't updated Tesseract for a while.

The new Tesseract has a new OCR engine based on LSTM neural networks. I
couldn't tell much, but it's supposed to be faster and produce better
result.

Lastly, don't forget to rename OCR Front Windows 27 appropriately.

Here's the download link.

Vermont tech trainer if he knew of anything like this, and he didn’t. Thank you

Strange issue when loading virtual instruments on to instrument tracks

2018-07-12 Thread Rory McDonald
Hi, For some reason when i go to put an instrument on an instrument track, the
only plug in that shows is one called reaper stereo, and all this does is opens
reaper. I know that I have expand 2 in my plug in maps folder, but im just not
sure why its not in the menu in my session. And why does reaper show up there?
That doesn't seem right to me, I didn't think that reaper and pro tools were
connected like that, i don't see anything related to reaper in my plug in maps
folder. Would uninstalling reaper work?
Also on an unrelated note, can I be added to the what's app group?

Rory
