Re: focusrite Scarlett 8I6 3rd GEN
Hi, Iam interested on the 18I and hopefully I am understanding meaning 8 XLR/balanced line ins? If so, do these controllers have a transporte control? I am thinking not but thought I’d ask. > On Jul 4, 2019, at 5:04 PM, TheOreoMonster wrote: > > Providing the 3rd ben works with the Focusrite control iOS app they should > have control over some stuff. Re: focusrite Scarlett 8I6 3rd GEN
Providing the 3rd ben works with the Focusrite control iOS app they should have control over some stuff. Sighted help will be needed to pair the desktop app with the iOS app. Focusrite control should be able to remote in and set this up. If they want a great interface with non of those hassles, look at the Behringer U-Phoria line. The 404HD or the 1820 should do the trick, depending on what features are needed. Check the reviews and specks on the Behringer stuff and don’t write it off because of the Behringer name. > On Jul 4, 2019, at 4:29 PM, Jørgen Skov Nielsen wrote: > > Hi list > I help a friend with selecting the right soundcard, and i have found the new > soundcard from focusrite Scarlett 8I6 3rd GEN > > > But is this card accessible for a blind person. > My friend use mac and windows, and i want to know, if this card is a good > choise for a blind perspective. > Thanks in advance. > Best regards > Jorgen > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Pro Tools Accessibility" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to ptaccess+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > To view this discussion on the web visit > https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/ptaccess/3DBAD51A-60C0-4A63-B3BA-F1358F5494A2%40gmail.com. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Pro Tools Accessibility" group. Re: focusrite Scarlett 8I6 3rd GEN
Jorgen, Your friend will need a sighted person to help link the software to his/her Iphone so that they can configure it but from what I have used from the focusrite line of audio interfaces I can say that they work really well. I have some short cuts set up for the scarlette 8I6 first gen if anyone want them I am alsotalking to focusrite about a few things and will get back with the list on them.
