Check the website again, it explains in much more detail than I can,
but basically it will do audio but not edit mp4 files.  But install it
and see what happens, you are in the soup now, so try it.

Depends on your license type, I do the yearly so I get the newest
versions, not sure if you got the perpetual  license, you might have
to pay a yearly upgrade or something.

So I made the mistake of updating to macOS Catalina.
Now ProTools isn’t opening up at all.
What do I do?
I’m not sure which version of ProTools I have, I got it in 2018.

Yep, Flo Tools comes with Virtual Extended Keyboard which allows you to hold 
down the FN key while typing letter keys with the right hand to issue numeric 
keypad commands.

pro tools with keyboard laptop?

Some parts of the control EUcon Panel is but unfortunately if want to use iPad 
or iPhone you cannot use with VoiceOver.
