I always just go to:

http://account.avid.com

Log in, then download the dmg, yes.

Chris.

  Hi.
Obviously, there must be a way since I heard no complaints on this list. :)
I am receiving notifications from the Avid Application Manager that the
updates are available, but there seems to be no way to download those updates
since the Application Manager itself is completely inaccessible.
Does this mean I have to redownload the whole app again?

  Thanks,
  Vic

How to update Protools if the Application Manager is not accessible?

2015-09-21 Thread Victor Tsaran
Hi.
Obviously, there must be a way since I heard no complaints on this list. :)
I am receiving notifications from the Avid Application Manager that the
updates are available, but there seems to be no way to download those
updates since the Application Manager itself is completely inaccessible.
Does this mean I have to redownload the whole app again?

Thanks,
Vic
