Re: Oxford plugins and pt 11

Not sure how much experience you've got of interacting with plugin
developers, but believe me, that's quite a positive response overall.

Keep us posted here if they do provide a solution in time, some of the
Oxford stuff sounds pretty good to me, so there's at least one more
customer headed their way if this gets fixed..

I hope they follow through...

"Dear Nicola

Many thanks for contacting Sonnox Support and for purchasing your Oxford
EQ, Dynamics, Inflator and Limiter plug-ins.

My own experience with Voiceover working with Pro Tools 11 is limited, but
I can confirm that some parameters do not respond to Voiceover commands as
expected. I will log this issue for our development team to investigate
and rectify if possible.

There are several control surfaces available for Pro Tools. Avid's own D
Command and D Control being at the high end, with their Artist Mix
controllers being more affordable. Other solutions such as SSL's Nucleus
controller, have the ability to tightly integrate into most DAWs, including
plug-in mapping. We don't have a list of supported work surfaces as such,
but we do work closely with Avid to ensure our page tables (required to
define each plug-in parameter) are correctly specified to behave in a
logical way on control surfaces.

I am sorry that I cannot provide a complete solution just at the moment,
but we will try to find a way to improve Voiceover performance if at all
possible.

Kind regards,"

Everything seems to be much expensive then what i was expecting before
upgrading to pt 11

Hi, i can't change the Oxford Sonnox plugins parameters
value correctly in pt 11 when voice over is active, i press(vo) arrows
up-down-right-left, and i only can't move the value in a very small range,
in example from 0.0db to 0.1db, or I can only go ahed but i can't go back.
Do i need to use different commands or do i need to connect an external
device? Is 002 a god one in case of? And how can i access the dynamic
gain reduction indicator?T Thanks. Nico
