Hi Steven,
Go to the avid website and login to you r avid account with your emailadress 
and password and don't forget to check the chekbox: Link my download centre 
account.
Go to the link: access your account.
Next go to the link: My products and Subscriptions.
Find your product and look for the link: show.
Click on it and it will change to Hide.
Now you see all the files you can download. Also the firtst air instruments and 
first air effedtws bundles.
I hope i don't forget something.

This is just a suggestion, it could be that some of your plug-ins are not 
compatible.
