Re: Send not working

2019-12-30 Thread Slau Halatyn
I think you need to cool your jets a bit there. First of all, it was not an
English lesson at all. Some people appreciate dictation and some don't. That's
actually irrelevant here. I simply pointed out something I feel makes a
difference when a screen reader blasts through an email and one needs to back
up to understand whether someone is saying sends, sense or synths. Further,
aside from my innocuous observation, I made an attempt to help you with a
likely explanation for your issue. As you know, email is notorious for not
communicating tone of voice. My intent was not to antagonize you in any way.
I'd say don't burn your bridges. If you absolutely need to use dictation, just
say so and that's the end of that—no need to be upset about it.
Cheers,
Slau

Re: Send not working

2019-12-30 Thread Christopher Gilland

Slau,

With the absolute utmost of respect, what about those people who may
have dexterity issues, and don't have an addiquit way with their mobile
devices to type aside from voice input via dictation??

Enough said. Again, I mean this with all due respect. I'm not trying to
argue. I'm only trying to shed a possible perspective on this that may
have not been considered.

Re: Send not working

2019-12-30 Thread jimmie smith

First of all, I did not ask for an English teacher. I asked for some audio
help. You are just as blind as I am, and can appreciate Siri just as well. If
you do not like what I'm doing, do not put it over the mailing list. I will not
be asking you sir for any more help ever again.
