Well, do you have a Java bridge installed on your PC? That is needed first, and if not it can be googled and downloaded for free, I already had one. If it is on your PC, once you open the jar file it will automaticly ask you for your sound cloud user name and password, once that is confirmed it will give you a basic file search window, asking you the name of the song file, type of file and location of file. You locate it, hit enter and then you should be able to enter in the song related information, song comments, make available for download, share on face book and so on. It may be a little different than what I am saying, because I don't have it in front of me right now, but this is the basic idea. I used the site with little issues and the redesign seems to have made it more accessible.
