pay for the upgrade to v12. or downgrade your mac to mavericks. Your choice.

Pro Tools 10 was never approved for Yosemite, much less El Capitan. I think 
Mavericks is the highest supported OS.

website my account section but it said it couldn’t be installed  on my OS how
