Well, two surefire key commands I guess. CMD+W to close your mix
window, CMD+= to rebuild. I find that works way more often than
restarting VoiceOver here.

Hi guys,
What I used to do when this occurred was to use one of the contextual menus to 
scroll to track.
This usually brought the track into focus and revealed the missing parameters
