Visit the ProTools with speech website. One of the members of this list has
created some nice tutorial done on ProTools 10 but it works for me with
ProTools 11. There are a few things that you need to optimize.One is command
space you will need that to start the record process.

The current version is 11.3.
Concerning VO-preferences: I dind’t adjust anything and it works fine
for me. You could think of disabling bluetooth and adjusting power
management settings, to prevent your mac from changing into sleep mode
after some minutes of inactivity. But in terms of accessibility in my
experience there isn’t something special to adjust.
