Yet Another Amp/Effects Modeller
People familiar with Studio Devil's excelent guitar amp emulation software will want to check out AmpliFire, a pedal unit released by them and the folks at Atomic Amps. It features Studio Devil algorithms, great effects and cabinets, the ability to put your own cabinet impulse responses on the unit, etc. I don't have one yet - I'm saving my money to try one. Took it for a quick spin with NVDA. No top menues, no speech indication of whether tabbing cycles between controls, absolutely zip to be found in the only window I could get to in flat review mode, and object navigation only found an Unknown and an empty container. However, OCR picked up on a ton of controls and the place where you could in theory change presets. I'm aware this place is primarily populated by Mac users, and that VO doesn't have any form of OCR yet, so posted this mainly to keep the thread alive and nudge someone to see if they have better luck on the Mac side.
