Additions to the Stooge's notes...
When a model with a filewriter actor is written in MoML it works fine, but
the same model written as an applet (however in the DE domain and not SDF)
it throws this AccessControlException for the text file that I'm trying to
write to. Does the ptolemy executable and classloader convert the MoML code
into the model with additional code to permit file writes? Are there
commands I've overlooked to sort this out?
