Re: Service worker F2F meeting - 26th Jan - San Francisco
FYI, it turns out I am going to have to attend virtually. This should not be a problem since the meeting is taking place in a mozilla conference room with our standard vidyo setup. I am planning to be on vidyo for the meeting all day. I'm sorry for the change here, but some personal events require me to be in western NY next week. I will be mostly on PTO starting this Friday, but I do plan to attend the SW meeting in full. Someone will have to drink beer for me, though. Thanks. Updated https://github.com/slightlyoff/ServiceWorker/issues/806 with attendees, including Ilya & Conrad. We have three more seats at this point, allocated on the basis of first come, first served. I'd also like to encourage everyone to read through https://slightlyoff.github.io/ServiceWorker/spec/service_worker/ and the open issues. That will make it easier to follow the meeting. As for logistics, the meeting will be 9AM - 5PM at the aforementioned building, seventh floor (though you'll have to go through reception most likely, ground floor). We'll go outside for lunch. Snacks are on the house. There's a promise of regular breaks. Any further questions can be directed at either Jake or I. -- https://annevankesteren.nl/

I'd be interested in attending as a relatively mute observer. We've been using service workers for a while now, and I'd like to get more involved. Service worker F2F meeting - 26th Jan - San Francisco
Since many of those involved in service workers will be in town for the web components meeting on the 25th ( https://github.com/w3c/WebPlatformWG/blob/gh-pages/meetings/25janWC.md) we're having a service workers meeting on the 26th. The meeting is being hosted by Mozilla https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/spaces/san-francisco/. I've created an issue to discuss agenda items https://github.com/slightlyoff/ServiceWorker/issues/806. We have a couple of spaces left if you're interested in participating, although we're going to spend the majority of the time on low-level details and spec. Cheers, Jake.
