Re: [Pulp-dev] Any interest in prometheus integration for pulp?

2020-05-22 Thread Brian Bouterse
Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your email and PR Adrian. I am +1 on adding prometheus support
in Pulp as an optional dependency that is also documented and tested. I
commented on the PR with some requested changes. I can collaborate with you
towards its merging, and anyone else is welcome to join too.

If anyone feels we should rethink this addition please let us know.

Thanks!
Brian

[Pulp-dev] Unified CI/CD pipeline

2020-05-22 Thread Dennis Kliban
Each release of pulpcore requires a separate release of pulp_installer. In
the near future we will also release container images with each new release
of pulpcore. Since all of these assets are always released together, they
need to be released as part of a single pipeline that only releases all
three when all three have been tested.

The CI team has put together a proposal for such a pipeline[0]. Please take
a look and provide feedback. We'd like to formally write up this effort in
pulp.plan.io issues in a week from today.
