The fix for issue #2077 was incomplete, so the 2.9.2 release is blocked until we fix it. This issue has also been found to affect the 2.10 release, which means that release is also blocked. fortunately, the more complete fix is already up for review; I'll be putting out new builds once the fix is merged. My best ETA for those builds is later today or tomorrow, but I'll update on this list if that changes.
