We are looking for the specific testing that was done by Puppet. Did you find that running 200 users all at the same time with a 8x16 system got a 80% CPU and 70% MEM usage or what the results were. I know there could be differences between if they are virtual vs physical or if we're running vmware or have vmware setup on a specific hardware... I'm just looking for what was tested with as much information as possible so we can do some calculations on our side. This is for a XL Architecture running 2019.2.x. Add Comment

I think these correspond to modulepath, rich_data and static_catalogs. But those values are cached in the Environment object, so the file is not accessed for subsequent compilations. That said PUP-8014 and shorter lived environments could make this issue worse.
