Released in Puppet 3.4.0-rc1

Bug #23096: ENC can't declare any classes that are declared by Puppet
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/23096#change-100606

* Author: Josh Partlow
* Status: Closed
* Priority: Normal
* Assignee: Josh Partlow
* Category:
* Target version: 3.4.0
* Affected Puppet version:
* Keywords:
* Branch: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/pull/2044

If an ENC uses the class parameter format to return its results, Puppet will
declare *all* those classes as resources (even if none of them actually have
parameters). This means that if the ENC declares a class which is declared
elsewhere in Puppet (even if it's just included), compilation will fail.
Because the Console now always uses the class parameter format, classifying a
node in Console with any class which is already included either in site.pp or
by some other class will fail.
