Managing connections to docker images seems more like an inventory-level abstraction than a transport-level one. Unless there's a container-connection protocol I don't know about? Which leads to another question: I've always thought of Transports as being 1-to-1 with protocols, but it seems like you don't think about them that way. What is a transport?
