In Puppet 3, an empty string is evaluated as false, but with future parser it is evaluated as true.Example: {code:puppet} if '' { fail('This fails on Puppet4')} {code} As this is very subtle, I propose to error when a condition is a string.At least, warn when the condition is an empty string.See https://github.com/example42/puppet-ntp/pull/29/files, for an example of affected module.

It would need to be a special mode to find such problems. We are currently discussing ways to help with the migration from 3x.
