We didn't do the same for Ruby binaries, so anyone trying to use Ruby from the MSI with Puppet will have problems. See PUP-735 for a case that came up in acceptance tests.We should install our libraries into the normal Ruby library paths, as we do on other platforms, so Ruby things just work.
