This makes tests run significantly longer on Windows. Investigate the failures to see if anything can be done to make them work properly. The grouping code lives in https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/blob/98d22be27447bcb34c33aa4a44610ab8768390f5/util/rspec_grouper Note that there is also a parallel_tests gems that can do parallel specs, and it has a better mechanisms for flagging tests that cannot be run in parallel. It might be worth investigating such a change if it makes it easier to more granularly control test execution / exclude tests from parallelization.
