The PAL API should have a general {{call_function}}.The motivation for this was originally to be allow Bolt CLI to call {{run_task}}, but it seems better to allow calling any function. The API needs refactoring as the current implementation does not allow performing multiple operations without setting up the entire context for each call.There should also be methods for:* creating a new instance of a data type* creating a type instance* evaluating puppet logic
