Re: [pydotorg-www] Edit rights, account KnownHost

2018-05-03 Thread Daniel Pearson

Hi Steve,

Apologies for the delay work and life caught up to delay my progress. It
looks like that page in particular had an ACL added to it so that only
the TrustedEditorsGroup can modify it. I'm not sure I'd likely qualify
(or want to qualify) for such a group but I still would like to update &
correct that page so if possible could I either be temporarily added to
such group and/or the ACL dropped from that page.

Sorry for being a bother.

Thanks
Daniel~

Hi Daniel,

We'll be happy to do so, just as soon as we know what your Wiki
account name is. (NB: This is different to any python.org
 account you may have opened).

Hello,

We would like to update this page
https://wiki.python.org/moin/SpecializedCommercialHosts
 to
ensure it reflects accurate information and add ourselves to
the list as well. Seems quite a few of the companies listed
are no longer in business.

If you would be so kind to to provide edit rights I would
appreciate it.

2018-05-03 Thread Steve Holden
Hi Anna,

That page says
"""

If you have an event to add to this page, please write to (pydotorg-www at
python dot org). If you are organizing a Python conference or thinking of
organizing one, please subscribe to the Python conferences mailing list
.

If you would like to announce a Python related event, please see
https://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonEventsCalendar#Submitting_an_Event for
how to submit an event to the Python event calendars.
"""
So I am copying them in the hope that someone can help you.

 Steve
