If you mean something like:
( ) Choice 1 (*) Choice 2: [free text entry ]
Then sure, just pack 2 radiobuttons and a text entry to the right of a
vbox. Keep the entry insensitive and when the second button is selected
make it sensitive. You'll need to acquire the text yourself, of course.
