[PyQt] Next PyQt and SIP Releases
Tonight's PyQt and SIP snapshots are release candidates for v4.9 and v4.13.1 respectively. The releases should be towards the end of the week. Highlights are support for Qt v4.8 and the addition of the QtDBus module (providing DBus support for Python v3).
