Yeha, sure. The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden
teaches Python for some of its introductory programming and algorithm
courses.

Cegep du Vieux Montreal (technical college level),  uses Python for CGI
in web developement class.

...At least when I give this course ;-)
