python3-pyqt5 5.12.3+dfsg-2 has now landed in unstable. This effectively
renders it uninstallable due to the dependency on qtbase-abi-5-11-3, for which
no provider is available in sid.

When can we expect the announced update to be released?

Upstream introduced a bug into PyQt5 5.10.1 that broke Cura:

Maintainers in ArchLinux and Ubuntu have already applied a backported patch
that fixes the bug.
