For the second one, it's usually a little more complicated. If the source priority is Optional, don't repeat it in the binary stanza by changing Extra to Optional. IIRC, lintian will whine at you over it. Lintian is whiny enough without providing encouragement. Mostly cruft accumulation. If we're going to do a mass operation on this many packages, let's do it correctly.
