  The behaviour is as expected because s is not defined previously. Try a 
instead because there is an assingment from input.
  
  Anyway `pwb.py` does not reach any Input because the script is exited in line 
186 when running with unsupported Python version. `setup.py` raises the 
RuntimeError in line 54 if a wrong Python version is used. The goal is to 
ensure these two scripts should not raise a syntaxError e.g. by using 
unsupported code parts like type hints or other code parts. Therefore a CI test 
can be implemented.

  Help me understand your proposal better. Sorry if I miss anything obvious. 
Bots and sysops have "noratelimit" right attached to their user rights groups. 
We can either have another bots right group that doesn't have the "noratelimit" 
right or apply a forced ratelimit to the current bot group (which has 
noratelimit right attached to it). The former is this ticket, the latter is the 
other. What is the third option here? Stripping bots group out of its 
noratelimit right?

  No, that's not what you did. You added a ratelimit to a group which had the 
"noratelimit" right assigned to it causing all sorts of breakage.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  `Site.siteinfo.get()` parameter `expiry` may be either an `int` of `float` or 
`bool`ean type.
  
  If `expiry` is an `int` or `float`, the `Siteinfo.get()` method checks 
whether the cache is expired for that given days (a `float` value enables 
factional days). An `expiry` of `0` or `0.0` means that expiry is always True 
and `Siteinfo` is loaded from API instead from cache. If `expiry` is `False` 
`Siteinfo` is always loaded from cache. But curiously if  If `expiry` is `True` 
the result is the same as for `False`:  `Siteinfo` is always loaded from cache.
  
  current behavior:

  expected behaviour:
