Apparently I can't[0] but [0] lists a couple of open articles that go
around the same topic. If we decide to do this, [0] also mentions
there is a way to contact the author and get a copy for "free".

Hmm ... not necessarily - might also be the other way round... ;)

Despite [1] which you mentioned, there is also [2]. So I think there
is quite some documentation stuff out there.

Therefore my intention was not to write "yet-another-manual", but
focus on the technical intressting points (for me e.g. face detection
and stuff like that involving opencv) and novelties.
