I agree that we may have some misunderstandings around what "rerun" implies WRT environment reproduction but I also agree that it's something that we can deal with later. I added one comment about caching data for rescheduled jobs. Btw, the "current state" description is really good and it'd be great to have it just copy pasted into some trigger doc.
