Looks good to me overall. I agree that we may have some
misunderstandings around what "rerun" implies WRT environment
reproduction but I also agree that it's something that we can deal with
later.

Again, looks reasonable to me. I added one comment about caching data for 
rescheduled jobs. 

Btw, the "current state" description is really good and it'd be great to have 
it just copy pasted into some trigger doc. Because AFAIK we don't have any 
trigger docs at the moment.

As with the ExecDB, I took some time to try and formalize what I think is
to be done with Trigger in the near-ish future.
Since it came to my attention, that the internal G-Docs can not be accessed
outside of RH, this time, it is shared from my personal account - hopefully
