You are inlining the constants.  What about:

error_setg(errp, QERR_INVALID_PARAMETER_VALUE,
   "max_bandwidth",
   "an integer in the range of 0 to '" stringify(SIZE_MAX)
   "'bytes/second");

Same for the others.
