thanks for your reply, i updated my xml file but all what i get is a black
screen when i load my xml file as a raster layer in qgis;
am usin qgis version 1.4.0 with gdal 1.7.0;
my OS is ubuntu 11.04

Would it be possible to revert to previous behaviour for the random colours? Or were they no random before?
