Re: [Qgis-developer] Select all elements in the view ...
Hello Roberto, If you open the attribute table, and apply a filter (e.g. Show elements visible on the map) and then press Ctrl+a (click on the table first if, so it will get the keystrokes) or right click = select all the features which match the current filter (= are visible on the table) will become selected. This works only on one layer, so for multiple layers you will have to do this repeatedly. Re: [Qgis-developer] Installing Processing problems
My OS X package has all the Processing dependencies bundled in the app. With a clean install it should find the bundled GRASS (and SAGA, OTB, TauDEM) automatically. If you have used the 2.0 nightlies before 2.0 release, your preferences may have paths to Processing components that don't work with my build. The Processing prefs are not stored with the QGIS global prefs, but are in the ~/.qgis2/processing folder. But the GRASS path for the GRASS plugin (non-processing), and the flags that say that GRASS and SAGA are installed for Processing ARE stored in the global QGIS prefs (~/Library/Preferences/org.qgis.qgis2.plist), so you might want to try deleting both. I'm struggling to set up Processing, with saga, otb, and grass, on several machines, and I'm encountering a series of issues: * on Win, I had to install osgeo4w 32 bit to have OTB; this resulted in a series of problems in autoconfig of Processing, solved by removing the standalone, the registry keys, and activating the saga 2.0.8 compatibility option * on osx, grass is not found, even if the path seems correct * on Ubuntu 13.04, running grass from processing freezes QGIS * on Debian Wheezy saga is not available. I think we still have something to improve to make life easier for our GIS analysts. Any hint welcome, available for testing. Re: [Qgis-developer] DB connection credentials on tooltips
Hi, I agree showing password is dangerous, but showing login is usefull as it helps knowing what user is connected (and then understand rights, and so easily debug problems with access right management) cheers Régis -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/DB-connection-credentials-on-tooltips-tp5084147p5084267.html Sent from the Quantum GIS - Developer mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ___ Qgis-developer mailing list Qgis-developer@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-developer
