Yeah, maybe a changelog-ready PR template would be helpful.

I will try to do another pass over the weekend too…I think on the gatekeeper 
discussion, we need to push developers to make their PR’s ‘changelog ready’ so 
that we dont have to do lots of editing on the changelog.
