[QGIS-Developer] Problem on the web to upload plugins

Hi devs,

Today I tried to upload a plugin but I could not, a issue related with tags
in the metadata (but the metadata is ok, I didn't change the tags)

Error from the shell:

-
Uploading plugin to QGIS Plugin repo.
-
python3 plugin_upload.py -u xaviercll ArrNorm.zip
Password:
Connecting to: https://xaviercll:**@plugins.qgis.org:443/plugins/RPC2/
A fault occurred
Fault code: 1
Fault string: Cannot add ['raster', 'processing', 'normalization'] (). Expected  or str.

Error from the web:

Error 500: internal application error.

An email message with all error details has been sent to our staff that
will fix the issue ASAP.
