Hi (again) Marco! Giffgaff is fine. The coverage is good as well. I ordered it a couple of times online. Not sure if you can get it from shop. Otherwise T-mobile (no EE I think) are offering good data only sims as well. I can't recall how long mine took. But from the website, if you order before 2pm it will arrive next day.
