I've looked into this and suspect the problem is actually with the
configuration of the server.
This URL gets the GetCapabilities document and works:
https://map.geo.sz.ch/main/wsgi/mapserv_proxy?REQUEST=GetCapabilities=wfs
If you look in the document you'll see that it's declaring the
following
URL as being for GetCapabilities:
https://map.geo.sz.ch/main/mapserv?"/>
https://map.geo.sz.ch/main/mapserv?"/>
Note the lack of "_proxy". In fact, if you search the document the
string "_proxy" doesn't appear anywhere. But if you try that declared
URL, you get a 403 - Forbidden:
https://map.geo.sz.ch/main/mapserv?REQUEST=GetCapabilities=wfs
So I suspect (this is a guess) that QGIS 3 is trying to ("correctly")
use the declared URLs for the services, whereas QGIS 2 was ignoring
them
and extrapolating them based on the base URL path. Which of these
options is desirable is a tricky one - there are situations whether
either work or don't.
Unfortunately the service doesn't declare any contact information to
tell the server operator to fix it. But maybe you can find an email on
their web-page.

Hi I have two versions of qgis in my system (Win 10) installed. QGIS 2.18.15 and 3.0.1. To open a project file i use right-click and choose the specific batch file. After installing 3.0.1 the batch file 'C:\Program Files\QGIS 3.0\bin\qgis.bat' open the project file with QGIS 2.18.15. [Qgis-user] print only two atlas features
Hi I've created an atlas with about 360 features. After printing them, i've found two maps with collided labling. Thanks Mathias. Because we had a plugin for 2.8 , we could not change to QGIS 2.16 or higher. Is there any possibility to set a layer not editable for a qgis (2.8.9) Project? [Qgis-user] Map view is blank
Hi I have a problem with the map view. After a while i opend a qgis project, the map view was blinking and then the map view was blank. The message in the log was: 2016-09-06T08:57:48 1 Wald_Alpthal2016090608570869732445 :: Speicher reicht für Bild 1572x942 nicht aus The workaround is now to make the map view smaller. Then it work for while. But the behavior comes back, then i have to make again the map view smaller or to close the project file. I use Windows 7 32-bit with 4 GB RAM and QGIS 2.8.9. [Qgis-user] Digitizing Tools Symbols lost
Hi After updating QGIS from 2.8.4 to 2.8.9 the symbols of Digitizing Tools are lost in the tool bar. You can use the functions, but the symbols are not showing. To reinstall the Digitizing Tools have not solved the problem. Has anybody an idea? [Qgis-user] Print composer,
Hi I'm trying to relabel the legend entries in the print composer. Normaly it works fine, but when the legend entry is categorized i'm not able to relabel some entries. I select the legend entry, push the button to edit the labelling. The window will be opened and i make the change. Closing the window with ok but nothing appears.
