Re: [Qgis-user] Georeferencing dxf file in QGIS
Hi, I think the best solution is to use Georeferencer, in the newer versions of QGIS you can use georeferencer for vectors, too. Select Layer/Georeferencer from menu and read the manual: https://docs.qgis.org/3.34/en/docs/user_manual/working_with_raster/georeferencer.html The process is the same for raster and vector data. Re: [Qgis-user] Plugin Problem
Dear Kalbunir, OTB has to be installed manually and you have to enable OrfeoToolbox provider plugin. Re: [Qgis-user] reduce resolution of an image in qgis
you can used grdal translate from the processing toolbox. You have to add additional command line parameters, for example -outtsize 50% 50% to make pixel double size alternatively you can also use -tr switch to define the output pixel size e.g. -tr 1.0 1.0 to change the resolution to 1 georeferenced unit of your raster. Re: [Qgis-user] (no subject)
Dear Viktoria, I think the problem is with the network connection or the URL. Do you want to connect a public server? Can you access the net? What if you type in the browser the URL of the WMS server plus "?service=wms=GetCapabilities"? You should get an XML. Until you don't get this XML QGIS won't work.
