Well, I really don’t know … but based on ancient experience with connecting a 
data logger to a Mac serial port, I looked in /dev on my Mac.

ls /dev
   …lots of entries, among them is:
   tty.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port

So maybe that can be used somehow…

Well, the title says it all !!! I am trying to connect a Garmin 3580LM GPS unit 
via bluetooth so QGis can use it…Paired OK with Mac, cannot find serial port 
number, as neither Autodetect or Serial works…

Any help appreciated !

[Qgis-user] QGIS Print Composer - export world file with image

Hi List

I have a composer layout I'd like to export with a world file.  Under Export 
Settings in Composer I check the option to save world file and export an image 
but I don't get any accompanying file regardless of the output format.  I am 
running QGIS 2.18.12 on Windows 7 64bit.

I see this was fixed back in 2.16 (https://issues.qgis.org/issues/15268) but 
has the same bug crept back in?

Also, can anyone get the reference map dropdown to work?  I've tried with 
multiple map frames and nothing happens.

I tried QuickOSM with

 relation["type"="restriction"]["restriction"]({{bbox}});> ;out;

which returns the ways with their tags, but not the relation tags.

The geojson result from Overpass turbo works better, but it is still a 
lot of coding necessary to get a road sign at the right pace and 
orientation from that. Maybe it is easier to use the raw XML format.

ma in posizione diversa su uno stesso poligono? come è possibile 
muoverle, è possibile duplicarle le etichette?


Altrimenti una soluzione, è creare un apposito layer punti (con simboli 
non visibili) che etichetti come ti interessa

[Qgis-user] How to copy styles between different geometry types?

How to copy styles of a polygon theme (line of the outline polygon) to the 
style of a line theme in QGIS styles, i. e. when changing the geometry type. Is 
there a trick?
