In merito all'investimento, non posso che darti ragione, come tra l'altro si
diceva qualche tempo fa, sullo stesso argomento qui in ML.
Comunque per informazioni ottenute per vie trasversali (quindi non
ufficiali), sembra che tale servizio sia solo sperimentale, in quanto
l'Agenzia intende dedicare un portale ad hoc (sperando per qualcosa di assai
diverso e funzionale) che sarà a pagamento.

simbologie. Vi è inoltre una descrizione dei diversi livelli con le relative
modalità di rappresentazione, le scale di visualizzazione e le

Tutto dipende dal fattore di scala. Come qui di seguito indicato. Il livello
delle particelle si visualizza, di conseguenza anche il pulsante identify,
dal quale è poi possibile reperire le info su tre tipologie di format :
html, feature, text.

"Per poter fruire in maniera efficiente del servizio, il contenuto dei
diversi livelli diventa progressivamente visibile effettuando zoom a scale
maggiori (per esempio, più grandi di 1:200.000 per il livello Mappe, più
grandi di 1:5000 per il livello Particelle). Per maggiori dettagli si può
consultare il manuale Servizio di Consultazione della cartografia catastale
- Web Map Service (WMS) - pdf Si ricorda, inoltre, che alcune zone
potrebbero non essere visibili perché corrispondenti a mappe sottoposte a
vincoli di riservatezza o sulle quali sono in corso interventi di
manutenzione. Infine, per una corretta gestione, in alcuni software si
consiglia di aggiungere i layer separatamente."

Definitions with +proj=pipeline only work with the development version of 
PROJ.4 (new version out soon though). There is nothing in the way for a 
pipeline to be reversible, I'd go so far as to say that in most cases they will 
be. They should also work with GDAL, although you'd have to know what you are 
doing to get the expected results. At least as long as GDAL uses the current 
API (proj_api.h). The same goes for QGIS.

The NordicTransformations repository I linked to in the previous mail is my 
attempt at creating a set of init-files that uses the new features of PROJ.4 
while still being compatible with software such as GDAL and QGIS that (for 
obvious reasons) has not embraced the new API yet.

Good suggestion, but that's not it. I have made tests with simpler 
transformations as well. Things like "+proj=merc +lat_0=56" (in separate init 
files with no exotic stuff in it) for instance, which is definitely defined 
both ways. Same result. Also, the test calculation wouldn't work if that was 
the case.

Other suggestions?

QGIS (via GDAL) needs a working inverse projection to be defined. Many 
exotic projections defined in PROJ.4 fail therefore.

I guess the +proj=pipeline definitions spoil that requirement. I'm not 
even sure if those work in command-line GDAL.

Su Windows funziona, anche se spesso non vengono generate durante il
panning.
Comunque lo trovo un servizio piuttosto inutile, non avendo nemmeno la
possibilità di interrogare lo strato per avere il n. di particella...

Buongiorno a tutti,
recentemente ho scoperto che l’Agenzia delle Entrate ha messo a disposizione 
(in teoria) un servizio di consultazione delle mappe catastali.


L’URL tramite cui è possibile accedere al servizio di consultazione è:

https://wms.cartografia.agenziaentrate.gov.it/inspire/wms/ows01.php

Io utilizzo QGis 2.14.15 su MAC e ho tentato più volte di connettermi al WMS ma 
quando lo “carico” mi da errore.

Qualcuno (possibilmente mac super) è riuscito? Se si, come?

Provo con questo suggerimento: da cercare durante l'installazione tramite 
osgeo4w - in "libs" - il  modulo psycopg. Una volta trovato da reinstallare. 
Funziona?
Nella mia installazione trovo la versione 2.7.3.2-1 sia per psycopg2 sia per 
python-psycopg2.

un plugin nel core e avere traccia di cartelle appunto di ftools e di
processing dove non dovrebbero esserci potrebbe creare casini.

nella cartella .qgis2\\python\plugins non ci devono essere nè ftools nè
processing

anziche disintstallare, cancella la cartella osgeo4w (o osgeo4w64 dipende),

Ok, altra domanda superflua, hai qualche firewall installato sul pc o 
antivirus?


Controlla che magari non abbia bloccato qualche file di Qgis.

Semmai riprova a scaricare disattivando temporaneamente 
l'antivirus/firewall.


Se sei su una rete aziendale, prova a chiedere al sistemista se risulta 
qualche blocco a riguardo.

[Qgis-user] Using custom projections/transformations from a PROJ.4 init-file

Hi,

I am trying to define my own "custom projection" by using a PROJ.4 init-file. 
The reason I want to do that is that I only want to maintain the 
projections/transformations that I need  in one place instead of many. I find 
the process a bit frustrating since at first glance it seems to be working, but 
then when I try to save it and close the custom projection dialog I am told 
that the definition is invalid. As it can be seen on the screenshot below, when 
I enter the PROJ.4 parameters - in this case 
"+init=C:\dev\NordicTransformations\resources\DK:UTM32N" - the test works fine 
but when I try to save it, I am presented with the message below. Since the 
test works the problem is not that the file can't be found - it is something 
else.

I experience the same behavior in both QGIS2 and QGIS3. Is this the intended 
behavior? Is it by design that I am not able to use init-files or is this 
simply a bug? Is there a known workaround?

There is no errors in the projection setup in the init-file, which the working 
test transformation proves. The init file in question can be seen here: 
https://github.com/NordicGeodesy/NordicTransformations/blob/master/resources/DK.
 I am aware that I can just add the definition of the CRS directly, or simply 
use epsg:25832. That is not the point. I have other more esoteric 
transformations in the same file that is more complicated to manage in QGIS 
itself.

I appreciate any advice and guidance. If this indeed is a bug I will gladly 
help fix it.

A margine vorrei dire che utenti come me intervengono poco (o nulla!) 
alle discussioni perche' non hanno cosa dire o anche semplicemente 
per carattere... per quel che mi riguarda ne seguo molte con grande
