No, non mi sembra che sia questo il motivo.
Forse, sono i geojson che hanno  qualche attributo di tipo "sring"
troppo lungo (più di 255 char), ma non sono sicuro.
Ma non ho trovato alcuna documentazione in proposito.

poligono che si sovrappone parzialmente.

[QGIS-it-user] da linee a poligono

Salve, mi si é presentata una situazione davvero "banale", ma che non sono
riuscito a risolvere in pochi passi... e non capisco se il mio errore é
concettuale o solo di poca pratica con l'edizione dei vettori, mi spiego
subito.
Dovevo creare un poligono di studio, usando un lago come limite ovest. Avevo
giá una linea, e un poligono, di altri studi, che si sovrapponevano in
quella zono, in particolare, il poligno del lago era giá vettorizzato.
Quindi, ho semplicemente pensato: disegno con una line la parte che mi
manca, l'aggancio alla linea che ho giá e con una parte del poligono del
lago, per poi cosí avere un nuovo spazio chiuso. Poi lo trasformo a
poligono, e calcolo l'area.
Non sono mai riuscito a farlo, geometricamente sembrava chiusa la linea
totale, la il "trasforma lineaa a poligono" dava sempre errore o una nuova
geometria senza senso apparente.

Sto sbagliando approccio?

[Qgis-user] My first question to the group

Good morning,

 

This is my first question to the group and is about print
composer: we need that the map rotation in map canvas is the same at the
print composer and don't have to put manually and press Enter in print
composer every time. I think that we can use the variable 'qgis.gui.
QgsMapCanvas.rotation' in a function but I don't know how to do it (I don't
have experience with Python).

 

And the last question: is it possible (by Python code maybe?)
when I open the print composer this windows always appears maximized and the
map in print composer is the same in map canvas view (same scale, rotation,
.)?



Anyone can help me?

Yes, it should work with 10.13 and 10.14. But for older versions there is
an upstream blocker which we will look into later:

 per es. 10911 (campo presente nella colonna ID al record numero 9).
 Attivo come azione lo zoom e poi clicco il simbolo >
 E compare il record 5147 nel campo Feature ID e va a zoomare sul record
 5147 (il record 5147 ha nel campo ID il numero 2).
 Ho provato anche a fargli ricercare la stessa ID ripetutamente , ma
 ogni volta a random sostituisce nel campo ricerca Feature ID un numero a
 caso sempre nuovo e zooma su quella posizione.

Dear all,

We managed finally to set up an integrated infrastructure to automatically
create the following packages for QGIS:
https://lutraconsulting.github.io/qgis-mac-packager/

1- QGIS current release (3.4.1): you will get the new packages (e.g. 3.4.2)
on the same day as point release
2- QGIS nightly: generates a new package every day from the master branch
with all the latest features (and bugs!). This is not currently available
from the official QGIS download page.

The packages are all signed and you don't need to circumvent any security
to be able to install them. Everything should work for 10.13 and 10.14 but
with older versions of Mac OS, you may have some issues with Python and
plugins (see: https://github.com/lutraconsulting/qgis-mac-packager/issues).

We will appreciate if you test and report back any problem.

Hi Mahmut,

Reading your question I wonder if you really want to know the distance 
to the railroad (line) or to the stations (points). Since you usually 
cannot enter or leave the train at any location along the railroad.


Anyway, qgis can calculate both with processing algorithms:

1.
distance to nearest hub
For point to point comparison, when you use station locations.

2.
v.distance (grass algorithm)
For geometry to geometry comparison, calculates the shortest line (and 
distance) to the nearest railroad.
